In this brief manual, we would like to guide you through the features of AC Deinze App.
You will discover four different aspects:
From the home screen, you can switch from one feature to another.
You will notice that an extra button appears, when there is a competition taking place live. You can jump directly to the results of that competition.
On top of the button to display the news items, a number can be drawn. This number indicates the number of unread newsitems.
If you would like to switch from one feature to another, you can use the menu that you can call by pressing the button at the top-right corner of the screen.
In this screen, you will discover a little history of AC Deinze and some usefull links to learn even more or maybe join us.
This is the place where you will find everything that is happening in and around AC Deinze. The newsitems that you haven't read yet, are indicated with a different background color.
All newsitems are stored localy on your iPhone, so even without network connection, you can still consult them.
On top of each newsitem, there is a link to view it in your browser .
If you would like to consult old newsitems, just scroll down the list and automatically the next twenty items will be loaded.
Find the club record of AC Deinze for each event or just browse through the rich history of our most successful athletes. To find the club record, you need to make three selections. The first to filter on mens or womens categories, then to select the age category, going from benjamins to masters and finally to chose the type of event. For the first and second selection, you can click on the corresponding text, to select the type of event, click on it and a scrollable list appears where you can make your final choice.
All clubrecords you once selected, are locally stored. So even if you are offline for a moment, you can continue consulting our club records.
The current club record is indicated with a different background color.
You can filter to see all competitions or only the competitions organized by AC Deinze with the selection on top of the screen. Next to the competitions, you will find three possible icons, this is their meaning:
The list of events has a different layout when the competition is taking place live at the moment than when it already finished. When the competition is live, you will see a list, sorted on time scheduled. A green marker indicates the events results are declared official.
When the competition already finished, you will see only the name of the event, sorted in an order set by the officals of the competition.
You can make it easier to find the correct event, by pulling down the list. You are presented with a search box where you can type in (a part of) the name of the event.
You can consult the results of our competitions in the most user-friendly and most accissible way. Some cool trivia:
